20|20 Technical Support is available to help moderators, clients, and participants scattered around the globe.
Live Support (Chat Support)
Live support is available almost 20 hours a day. Live chat is the quickest and easiest way to access our support team. Simply click on the "Chat with QualBoard Support" button in the bottom left corner of the screen to begin a session. This is available for every client, participant, and moderator in the system.
If an agent is unavailable, you can open a support ticket. Support tickets are sent to our enterprise-level helpdesk system and typically answered within minutes or 2-3 hours (on nights/weekends outside of support hours).
Submit a Support Request from the System
In the bottom right hand corner of QualBoard, you'll also find a support request button. This creates a trouble ticket in the system. We will contact you via email to resolve the issue.
Contact Support Directly via Email (firstname.lastname@example.org)
You can also open a ticket by emailing email@example.com. This will immediately create a ticket in our system -- no need to log in to QualBoard to request additional assistance. You can ask any questions right from email.
