Ways to Contact Support
If you have project specific questions, you might want to reach out to the moderator or project manager of your study; however, if you are having trouble using the QualBoard platform, there are many ways to reach out to support. At any time, you may also email firstname.lastname@example.org to reach us.
From the Login Screen
From the login page, you can use the "Help Desk" option. Click this link if you are unable to login, and you'll be able to submit a support request.
Submitting a Support Request
After filling out the details on the Support Request screen, a message with the supplied information will be sent to our tech support staff, who will reach out to you with a solution.
Chat with Support
Once you've logged into the system, you'll have access to live chat with our support staff. On the bottom left hand corner of every page in the system, you'll see a button that says "Chat with QualBoard Customer Support." Clicking this enables you to connect via chat with one of our Tech Support agents. If you need us to call you, just let us know in the chat and we'll gladly oblige. Additionally, you can click "Submit Support Request" at the bottom right of your screen to fill out another request form as described above.
