How Do I Clear Browser Cache In Google Chrome

This lesson shows you how to clear the cookies and temporary Internet files (also known as the cache) from Google Chrome. Clearing the cache will often clear up some unexpected behavior in the discussion board (such as missing posts or images).

Open the History Menu

To open the History menu, first look in the upper right corner of the screen for the three lines stacked on top of each other. Click that button, and then click "History."

Open the Clear Browsing Data menu

Next, we'll need to open the Clear Browsing Data menu. To do this, click "Clear  Browsing Data..." at the top of the page

Clear Browsing Data

After completing the last step, you should now have the Clear Browsing Data menu on your screen. Now, we'll select what we're clearing. Put checkmarks in the boxes for what you're clearing out. If you're not sure, just leave the ones that are checked by default (see image). Next click the drop down box and click "the beginning of time." Then click the "Clear browsing data" button.
