How Do I Clear Browser Cache In FireFox

This lesson shows you how to clear the cookies and temporary Internet files (also known as the cache) from Mozilla Firefox. Clearing the cache will often clear up some unexpected behavior in the discussion board (such as missing posts or images)

Open The Clear Recent History Menu

First, click the three lines stacked on top of each other (also called a hamburger menu) in the top right of your browser.

Next, click the "History" button.

Click "Clear Recent History.

Select What You Want To Clear

In the drop-down menu on the top of the new window that opened, click to select how far back you want to delete your history. To completely clear your cache, select "Everything."

Now you'll need to select what to delete. To delete your cookies and temporary Internet files, you'll need to make sure "Cache" and "Cookies" are selected (they will be by default).

Now, you can click the 'Clear Now' button, and you're done!

IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Note that after clearing your cache and cookies, you'll need to log back into QualBoard and any other sites that you are logged into. This may include sites that remember your password.
